About Me

Hi there! I’m Jillian, and I am a proud theatre artist, purple enthusiast, self-proclaimed “cool kid,” and most importantly- cat mom.

I am a recent alumni of the SUNY New Paltz theatre department where I performed, directed, wrote, and produced theatre that I was incredibly proud of and passionate about, and that helped me learn and grow as a theatre artist (in fact, you can find some of that work on this very website!)

Most recently, I directed a full length play, The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, as a part of SUNY New Paltz theatre department’s Praxis Series, and had my original full length play, Life’s Only Valuable Emotion, produced by the theatre department, also as a part of the Praxis Series. I also performed in the original Praxis production of Oedipus Recalls as Oedipus, as well as the Mainstage Production of The Servant of Two Masters as Beatrice. It was a busy four years and sleep was something I didn’t get much of, but busy is how I like to be!

Anyway, thanks for visiting my site! I’ll keep this place updated with all the theatrical goings-on in my life, so be sure to check back in every once in a while!
